Once you have purchased the plan, you cannot downgrade to the free plan.
In case of failure of payment and the amount is debited it will be refunded in 7 business days.
You can cancel the subscription at any time you want. However, the expiry date of subscribed plan will be the date of the next billing cycle. If you are buying a subscription the current plan or the free trials must have been expired.
